1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with 90jilivip, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. Accounts created without meeting these requirements may be terminated at a later stage and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits must be made exclusively from a registered payment method.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have not been fulfilled.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement, meaning you must place a certain number of bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you need to wager a total of BDT 30,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Period

• Most bonuses must be used within 7 days.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once its expiry period ends.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5 Gaming Policy

All games on 90jilivip are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is published based on the respective provider's data.

5.1 Game Disputes

If a technical issue or error in any game produces an abnormal outcome, 90jilivip reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. No objection from the member will be entertained in such cases.

5.2 Live Casino Rules

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical disconnection, the outcome will be determined according to the applicable rules.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 90jilivip. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games.
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds through the platform.
• Colluding with other members.
• Attempting to bypass or compromise the platform's security systems.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

Documents collected for account verification are stored on secure servers and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

90jilivip reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and for any reason. Accounts are typically closed for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud or dishonest activity.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any verified balance may be withdrawn prior to closure; however, bonus balances will not be refunded.

9 Dispute Resolution

For any complaints or disputes, please contact the 90jilivip support team in the first instance. Our support team aims to respond within 72 hours.

If an issue cannot be resolved through support, both parties will attempt to settle it through mutual discussion. Should no agreement be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh.

90jilivip may update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
